WHO AM I

I'm Barbara, a brand designer and illustrator based in Amsterdam who gets unreasonably excited about a good color system and a story that's a little strange.

For almost 10 years, I designed for organizations that needed to be taken seriously, mostly B2B in the sustainability realm.

It was work that mattered, and it taught me how to make a brand hold up under real scrutiny but these days, I'm pointing that same rigor somewhere louder: illustration-led identities with more color, more character, and a little less caution.
